Vilobí de Penedes

Vallformosa is a 100% family-owned winery, now managed by the fifth generation of the Domènech family, established in 1865 in Vilobí del Penedès. Today it owns a number of wineries in Spain, producing wine and cava under four Spanish Designations of Origin (Penedès, Cava, Catalonia and Rioja), as well as its Argentinean wines.
The family’s wine-making tradition has been handed down from generation to generation. The passion of their forefathers to improve the vineyards and seek perfection in the wine-making process runs in their blood.

Mistinguett Brut
Tasting notes
Light straw color with greenish tints. The carbonated content is bright and lively. Its aromas are a mixture of fruit (melon, apple and banana) and the result of fermentation (toasted notes). Harmonious and appetizing in the mouth, with a light touch of acidity. A rounded and elegant aftertaste. Classic fruity finish.

Mistinguett Brut Nature
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish glints, fine bubbles and formation of a white, rich and lively crown. Traditional green apple, pear and grapefruit aroma. Mature, with almond notes. Extensive and polished on the palate, very dry. Its finish highlights the vintage bouquet, persistent and unique in its class.

Mistinguett Semi Seco
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, persistent bubbles. Light foam. Aroma of fresh fruit, jovial, full and rounded. In the nose aromas fruit are most prominent (recalling vine-flower, pineapple, apple and peach). In the mouth it is very well balanced, harmonious and subtle. A long and pleasant finish with body.

Tasting notes
Cherry color with ruby tones. Fine persistent bubbles and white foam. Elegant aroma of flowers and fruit (strawberry and raspberry) with notes of cask ageing. Rounded and very feminine on the palate, with fine bubbles and foam. In the mouth it is fresh and bright, with a pleasant finish.

Mistinguett Brut Reserva 2015
Tasting notes
Yellow, pale, with greenish and grayish trim. Aromas of white fruit mixed with subtle notes of pastry parenting, giving a fresh and warm at the same time showing its complexity nose.
On palate, soft yet structured, with fine and elegant bubbles. We found the notes a little more ripe fruit, but with a lively acidity that gives us start in the aftertaste, with hints of pastry.

Laviña Merlot tempranillo

Intense, deep cherry red color. Clear and bright. Very fruity aroma (strawberry, cherry and blackberry), with floral notes that confer a good aromatic expressiveness. In the mouth it is harmonious, with good body, full of flavours and fresh. A long, elegant aftertaste. Balanced, pleasant and easy to drink.
