Blanc De Blancs
Tasting notes
This characterful « assemblage » has been resting quietly in our cellars, acquiring wisdom and maturity. Today it is a real surprise the taster with its haunting perfume and a rare freshness on the palate. The nose starts with hints of white tobacco, with spicy, minty notes; and then there is a hint of preserved orange and a creaminess before the suggestion of some roasted characteristics.

Brut Reserve
Tasting notes
Straw colour with gold and green undertones. Aromatic complexity rarely found in a non-vintage Brut. Dominant, biscuity Chardonnay notes overlay some lovely spicy, herbaceous tones of thyme and bay along with lighter hints of blonde tobacco and dried flowers. The palate is intense showing the same biscuity, faintly honeyed notes. Gingerbread, almonds and hazelnuts blend harmoniously with the stone fruit flavours of peach and ripe apricot from the Pinots giving lift and freshness to the taste.

Brut Rose
Tasting notes
The colour is pale salmon/pink grapefruit. The nose is subtle, reminiscent of plump, ripe wild strawberries and sunwarmed plums. The palate is gentle, delicate and yet nicely rounded, with a finishing touch of crystallised fruit and a rich note of cherries in eau-de-vie, calling to mind the Pinot’s essential contribution to a good Rosé.

Brut Millésime
Tasting notes
The colour is straw with pale green overtones. Coming mainly from the Montagne de Reims and the Mont de Berru, the Chardonnay sets off perfectly the Pinot Meunier from the Montagne de Reims along with its touch of Pinot Noir. This is an ethereal wine, showing delicate notes of spice and roasting coffee on the nose, then giving way to a richer, more generous and more voluptuous impression on the palate than expected, with hints of
citrus, almond, and baked fruit. The structure is warm and open, with a nice, lifted, faintly toasty note on the finish.
