The Capone and Di Leo families founded Bodega Filus in 1997, they now own six properties in Mendoza for a total of 150ha facing the Andes mountain range.

The Andes provide pure thaw water for the vineyard irrigation. Mendoza's Cool summer nights result in a slow and beneficial ripening of the grapes. Their vineyards are located at the Valle de Uco in Vista Flores and La consulta, prime winemaking country.
